rotoscoping

Our video idea is all about trying to put annotated masks over are humans within our video, we have got this idea form the music video 'Try life in another language-Disiz' This technique used is called 'Roto scoping'. Rota scoping is an animation technique in which animators trace over live-action film movement,fram by frame, for use in animated films. But what we are doing is using a member of our group to draw many pictures of weird funny pictures and we are going to film these pictures and put them within our music video over humans faces.Roto scoping was also used in many of Disney's subsequent animated feature films with human characters, such as Cinderella in 1950. Later, when Disney animation became more stylized (e.g. One Hundred and One Dalmatians ,1961), the rotoscope was used mainly for studying human and animal motion, rather than actual tracing.
